Nairobi, Kenya, December 9- Transport Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir and Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja conducted an inspection today of ongoing road, footbridge, and pedestrian walkway upgrades across Nairobi. Both officials expressed their satisfaction with the ongoing progress being made.
The inspection highlighted several significant projects, including the construction of pedestrian underpasses at the Haile Selassie roundabout and the University of Nairobi, the installation of bus bays and footbridges at Bellevue and the Mlolongo weighbridge, road widening and landscaping near St. Mark’s Church, reconfiguring the intersection at General Motors, improving the Katani junction, and resurfacing and redesigning roads connecting Museum Hill to Westlands.
