Chief Government Pathologist Dr. Johansen Oduor reported that Wambui\u2019s condition worsened rapidly after the surgery, with symptoms including chest pain, difficulty breathing, and abdominal pain. Initially diagnosed with pneumonia, she was discharged but later admitted to Nairobi Hospital, where emergency surgery revealed multiple intestinal perforations and severe infection.
