He explained that Waqf is a religious or charitable endowment established by an individual of the Muslim faith and managed by the Waqf Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ruto made his comments a day earlier, on March 25, during an Iftar dinner with Muslim leaders at State House.
