He emphasized that any decision regarding Lagat\u2019s position will be guided strictly by the outcome of the probe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere is an active investigation by IPOA. Anyone found to have played a role in Albert Ojwang\u2019s death will be required to provide a statement,\u201d said Kanja. \u201cWe must allow due process.
