Nairobi, June 16- Kenyan actor and digital content creator Martin Githinji, popularly known as Daddie Marto, has broken his silence following a wave of serious allegations made against him by his wife, Koku Lwanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the past 24 hours, Koku publicly accused Marto of infidelity, emotional manipulation, and physical abuse, prompting widespread conversation on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In an official statement Marto expressed deep concern over the situation, referring to the accusations as \u201cprofoundly painful and serious.\u201d However, he firmly denied the claims, stating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI do not condone violence of any kind \u2013 physical, emotional, or psychological.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although he did not directly address each of Koku\u2019s claims, Marto criticised the narrative that had emerged online, describing it as a \u201cdistorted and one-sided version of events\u201d that lacked critical context and truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added that the matter would be handled legally, noting that he was cooperating fully with authorities and intended to resolve the situation \u201cwith integrity, dignity, and respect for all involved.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Marto\u2019s response comes after Koku shared an emotional and detailed account of their 10-year relationship, which she said had broken down due to betrayal and mistreatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a series of emotional Instagram posts, Koku claimed that Marto had been unfaithful and abusive. She said he had rented a two-bedroom apartment within the same compound where they lived, allegedly to accommodate another woman during their separation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She recalled confronting Marto at the apartment and alleged that the confrontation turned violent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI didn\u2019t deserve you throwing blows and kicks to my head, neck and back while I lay on the ground,\u201d she alleged, providing images of bruises on her back as evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beyond physical abuse, Koku accused Marto of consistent emotional neglect while also revealing that Marto had ignored her pleas for marriage counselling and instead appeared flirtatious online, further straining their relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite the pain, Koku expressed concern for the woman allegedly involved in the affair, urging her to take accountability while warning her about Marto\u2019s alleged violent tendencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
