Nairobi, September 18- Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja has announced that the county government will remove billboards that have been erected without the necessary approvals. The governor said advertising companies had previously been given an opportunity to regulate themselves under a moratorium on new billboard installations. However, some firms allegedly continued putting up structures without approval.
