Nairobi, September 15- Nairobi’s Central Park has officially reopened to the public following the completion of renovation and restoration works aimed at revitalising the iconic city landmark.

The park, located in the heart of Nairobi, welcomed residents back on Monday, September 14, after being closed to facilitate the improvement works. The refurbishment is part of broader efforts to restore and improve public recreational spaces across the capital.

The renewed Central Park is expected to provide residents and visitors with a cleaner, safer and more attractive environment for relaxation and recreation, while preserving the park’s significance as one of Nairobi’s historic green spaces.

The reopening marks another step in efforts to enhance Nairobi’s public spaces and restore key landmarks for greater use by city residents.
