Nairobi, July 29 – VJ Patelo, the Arban Tone artist and viral Sheng trailblazer behind the term Top Shotter, just pulled off what might be the most unforgettable wedding of the year — and definitely one of the most talked about.

The social media star tied the knot with his fiancée Diana (aka Dee) in a bold, extravagant ceremony in Limuru that ditched tradition and embraced chaos, luxury, and personality.

In a post-wedding chat with Oga Obinna, Patelo kept things playful and mysterious when asked about the budget.
“It was expensive,” he said with a straight face. “Roughly KSh 500 million.”
Obinna was floored, understandably. “That’s half a billion!”
But Patelo stuck to his guns: “Just like that.”

Pressed for a breakdown, he started ticking off the things that cost a fortune:
“Did you see those cars? limos. The décor? Invitation cards? The food? it was a hotel buffet.”

Diana chimed in to say her dreamy wedding gown came straight from Dubai and cost a cool KSh 1.6 million. Patelo casually added that his tuxedo set him back KSh 1.7 million, while his friend’s cost even more, KSh 2.2 million.

As for the cake? Also from Dubai. “It had a lighting system,” Patelo claimed. Even the rings weren’t playing small: they allegedly cost KSh 1.5 million.

Patelo went on to flex that his signature silver chains cost KSh 4.2 million, and his silver teeth clocked in at KSh 300,000. Obinna joked about how risky all that drip could be, but Patelo didn’t flinch:
“We walk everywhere. Eastlands is ours.”

Online, some fans loved the couple’s “no filter” approach and originality, while others questioned whether the rowdy vibe fit such a grand occasion. Either way, the internet can’t stop talking and that might just be exactly what Patelo wanted.
