Nairobi, Kenya, October 14- The High Court is set to issue a ruling on Tuesday at 2:30 PM regarding the potential suspension of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s impeachment trial in the Senate.
The decision comes just one day before the Senate is scheduled to begin hearing the impeachment motion against the DP on Wednesday.
